In addition to singing, the front-men of Derek & The Slammers play a combined total of a dozen different instruments ranging from guitar to fiddle and sax and even to Zydeco-style accordion. Derek & The Slammers employ wireless systems for their headset microphones and for their numerous instruments. As a result, they spend most of their playing time off the stage and in the middle of the crowd where they can entertain the audience up close and personal. Derek & The Slammers pride themselves on their 1000+-song list and their ability to cater their repertoire to any audience. |
